Nicole is an experienced social impact leader who believes that real impact requires real investment. With experience in both the charitable and private sectors, she has an in-depth understanding of the social impact landscape in Canada and is passionate about sustainable business strategy and purpose driven brands. Having held progressive leadership roles in community investment and marketing, Nicole has dedicated her career to dispelling the myth that purpose and profit are mutually exclusive.

With education spanning Psychology, Sustainable Business Strategy and Coaching, Nicole is currently integrating her 10 years of experience to help power civic engagement in Canada as the Director of Corporate Civic Engagement with Volunteer Canada.
