Dr. Jean-Baptiste Litrico is Associate Professor of Strategy and Organization at the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University and the co-Founder and Director of Advanced Leadership for Social Impact, a new Fellowship program offered by Queen’s University for social purpose leaders. Prof. Litrico’s widely-published research examines how organizations and industries respond to changing societal demands. Prior to entering academia, Dr. Litrico worked in the global automotive industry in France, Germany, Canada, and Mexico, and consulted for UNESCO and the McConnell Family Foundation.
